We are pleased to announce that the The Lute Project website now features live concert footage of four new lute compositions, as well as interviews and examples of Lute and Theorbo repertoire as performed by master Lutenist, Tommie Andersson. In addition to the 4 new compositions, Tommie Andersson also performs:

In 2007 the Australian Broadcasting Corporation's Classic FM commissioned four Australian composers; Michael Atherton, Rosiland Page, Elena Kats-Chernin, Damien Ricketson; to create new solo works for lute & Theorbo, and commissioned master Australian lutenist Tommie Andersson to work with the composers to bring these new works into being.
