Please visit the Audio Clips page http://earlymusichicago.org/recordings_audio_clips_jon_sayles.htm for new audio clips by guitarist Jon Sayles. This latest batch includes over 150 new clips--213 at last count. From Jon's website, http://www.jsayles.com/familypages/earlymusic.htm: Quote:| The music recorded and made freely available on this site is simply too wonderful and (more importantly) too obscure to wait for real classical guitarists and ensembles to perform. The Early Music composers represented below were giants in their day (the Beethovens/Mozarts/Bachs/etc. of the 14, 15 and 1600s) So, in a small but determined way, I'm paying homage to some long departed, brilliant men, and trying to resurrect a few of their dormant musical gems - well worth the listen. |
| Enjoy!
