Hello all this is my first post.  I play Whistle and Irish Flute mainly and since not a lot of colleges (I am a Junior in High School) do not offer Irish Traditional programs I am considering taking up Recorder or Transverso and studing early music.  I would like so book recommendations with Sheet Music I know I can play it I also play Bassoon in school so I know my classical stuff.  I am considering buying an Alder-Henrich Arte in Boxwood Soprano C the price is good  (hey also make Whistles and that would leave me some cash to buy one of those too)any feedback?
