Come and play! Recorder retreat at Sunset Lodge, May 5-7, 2006
You are invited to attend all or part of a recorder reteat at Sunset Lodge in Glenn, Michigan on May 5-7. This is a chance for some intense playing in small groups or one large group, bringing that one piece you always wanted to play or hear, some good eating, great scenery, and playing for a small church on Sunday morning.
The price is $50 for those who want a head start and arrive around 7 PM (CDT) on Friday, and $45 for Saturday after breakfast arrival. Playing on Saturday starts around 10 AM. We will play at the Glenn Community Church on Sunday, 9AM. We usually head for home around 3 PM Sunday. Come for all or part of the weekend.
Accommodations are bunk beds, several in one room. Please bring sheets, towels. We have blankets. Bring whatever music you'd like to play and a music stand. You might want a portable lamp.
