Trio Settecento presents the Ninth Annual
Baroque Chamber Music Festival at the
Music Institute of Chicago. Students of all ages are encouraged to participate in a weekend of learning how to stylistically play music of the Baroque Period (c. 1600-1750). Following an
opening concert by Trio Settecento on Friday evening, technique and ensemble classes will be held Saturday afternoon and continue on Sunday. The festival concludes Sunday evening with a
student recital, putting together what has been learned throughout the weekend.
